Description:

•Has mastered sales, food service and maintenance tasks.

•Leads the team and oversees store operations in absence of the General Manager.
•Assist with coaching and training team members daily and welcomes learning, coaching and personal growth.
•Assists with ordering and administrative tasks to ensure our stores are stocked with the products our customers want and need.

Education/Experience
•High School Education and 1 year of experience in retail general management; or
•Equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Prior experience in retail/convenience store industry preferred.

Requirements:
LLicensing/Registration/Certification
•Class E driver's license;
•Responsible Vendor Certification within 45 days of hire;
•Food Safety Certification preferred.
