Description:
Y-Not Stop Cook must:
•Communicate politely to customers and team members.
•Prep, fry, grill and or bake food items.
•Follow recipes and portion controls.
•Maintain safe and clean equipment.
•Stock food items, merchandise, and supplies.
•Serve from our hot box.
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Keep customers' needs first in all tasks.
•Seek out opportunities to improve our customer experience.
•Encourage other team members.
•Accept coaching from Managers.
Experience:
•Prior experience in food service or retail preferred.
Requirements:
Certification
•Current, valid Responsible Vendor Certification required (within 45 days of hire).
•Food Safety Certification a plus.
