American Bank & Trust Companyis looking for full time Tellers in the Opelousas area. This position is responsible for performing routine branch operations and buildinglong-term customer relationships by providing complete, efficient customerservice. Positions are full-time positions working 40 hours a week and must beable to work 7:45 to 5:00 Monday thru Friday. Credit check is required.

JOBRESPONSIBILITIES

Promptlyand accurately handle lobby, drive-thru, night deposit, or bank-by-mailcustomer transactions, including but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals,transfers, check cashing, certified check requests, loan payments, andmaintenance requests according to Bank's policies, procedures and federal andstate compliance requirements

A•Cashhandling, including but not limited to, counting, verifying and packaging ofcoins and currency, daily balancing of cash drawer, assisting with ATMbalancing and replenishment

B•Processdaily teller work thru "Branch Capture"

C•Providecomprehensive, prompt, and efficient customer service in all transactions whileensuring that all federal and state compliance requirements are met

D•Meetand exceed bank service standards, greeting and acknowledging each customerwarmly, and making them feel welcome while complying with bank procedures andsecurity protocols

E•Maintaina neat workstation and ensure that needed supplies are on hand and organized topresent a professional environment

F•Workas a team with other tellers to complete daily tasks, demonstrating respect andprofessionalism, being prompt, and supporting management with special requestas needed

G•Providea high level of customer service, providing answers and assistance with a smile

H•Adherenceto and support of all compliance and BSA/AML rules and regulations related tothis job function

I•Performother duties as required or assigned by leadership

JOBQUALIFICATIONS

A•High school diploma orequivalent

B•Basic math andcomputer skills

C•Cash-handlingexperience

D•Excellentcommunication, customer service, and time-management skills

E•Ability to pass abackground check

F•Strong dedication toaccuracy and efficiency
