1. Organize and manage the day-to-day activities of the Administrative Office to ensure efficient and effective office operations.
2. Order and maintain supplies; organize and establish filing and record-keeping system, open, sort, and route administrative department mail.
3. Log agency utilization and other/ rectifies invoices prior to submitting to the CFO.
4. Schedule appointments, screens visitors, employees, and answers telephone calls taking messages and/or routing them appropriately.
5. Responsible for expense report processing.
6. Accounting duties as assigned, processing deposits and collections from physician office and makes deposits to bank.
7. Maintains on-call and/or master calendar for Administrative conference room.
8. Compose memos, letters or other materials via computer, enters data, proof reads typed documents for accuracy and completeness.
9. Responsible for the management of all contracts through Medi-tract to include proper forms are obtained, submitted, and timely follow-up for new and renewal contracts.
10. Runs reports or keeps tickler file of when contracts expire, notifying appropriate person(s) timely.
