Full time day position available. Under the directions and supervision of professional and practical nursing staff, performs routine duties in caring for and ensuring the safety of patients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: - Observes assigned patients and documents observations according to policy. - Performs related work as required. - Documents and maintains data or patient's record. - Maintains a safe and clean environment. - Acts as a patient advocate. - Cooperates as a member of the nursing unit, department and overall hospital team. - Participates in performance improvement. - Communicates pertinent data to appropriate parties. - Maintains patient confidentiality. - Conducts himself/herself effectively in stressful situations. - Approaches situations with distressed patients, families and visitors in a calm, professional manner. Education: High School Diploma/ GED required. Certification: CPR required. Additional Experience Preferred - Current knowledge of clinical practice....Patient Care, Server, Patient, Healthcare
