The primary duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Reporting to stakeholders
Monthly consolidation in accordance with US GAAP.
Timely and accurate reporting of Management Adjusted EBITDA.
Compiling monthly financial results including cashflows and comparison to budget.
Annual cash forecasts with monthly updates for actuals.
Reporting to ownership group on various items including monthly performance, annual compliance, and external audit queries.
Reporting to Lenders (see item 6)
Providing timely and accurate information to internal teams including FP&A, Accounting and the rest of the business.
Treasury
Update and maintain monthly cash forecasts.
Providing committed loan notices / continuation notices to facilitate borrowings from credit facilities.
Review interest calculations on credit facilities and Interest rate caps.
Accounting Policy
Research, provide, and document all conclusions related to technical accounting guidance for complex transactions, capitalization of software development costs, business combinations, lease accounting, foreign currency transactions, derivatives, warrant and stock-based compensation, and others (as needed).
Acquisitions and Dispositions
Assist with the coordination of external valuations on significant acquisitions and acts as a liaison between external valuation experts and the external audit team.
Assist with accounting for acquisition and disposition transactions.
Assist with annual goodwill impairment process and record impairments if any on acquisitions.
Annual audit
Maintain the external financial reporting process including the preparation of all financial statements and analysis, disclosures, and schedules associated with financial statements.
Manage audit process while maintaining key contact relationship with external auditors.
Credit Facilities
Assist with credit agreement compliance including:
Delivering quarterly and annual financials.
Quarterly and annual compliance certificates.
Computation of leverage ratios.
Preparing and providing forecasts.
Answering lender queries.
Internal Controls and SOX
Assist in implementing SOX compliance by adhering to internal control requirements and updating documentation of processes and key controls as well as testing of key controls in preparation for potential SOX compliance.
Addback
Own, maintain and update addback forecast.
Report monthly addback actuals vs budget.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of addbacks.
Report addbacks to lenders
Others
Assist in special projects as required.
Assist in Annual filings.
Assist in ERP Implementation.
Provide assistance to Manager of Tax on an as required basis including intercompany review, census filings and SAM registrations.

This role is 100% remote in the US and or Canada.
Bachelor's degree(required) and CPA (preferred).
10+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role with some of that time serving in a technical accounting capacity.
Professional exposure to US GAAP and Public Accounting experience.
Extensive experience in corporate reporting and treasury.
Should be well-versed with Microsoft Office packages, particularly in MS-Excel.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple deliverables.
Demonstrate leadership, team player, and analytical skills.
