Your Responsibilities
Engage with clients through phone, video, and email in a calm, professional manner
Walk clients through their available coverage choices and help them understand how each option works
Provide clear explanations, answer questions, and ensure clients feel confident in their decisions
Record information accurately and complete all required digital documents
Collaborate with your online team to ensure each client receives timely assistance
