Description:
Customer Service Manager for established Case IH dealership. Responsible for all aspects of service department. This position reports directly to Dealership Store Manager.
Job Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations in the customer service department
Respond to customer service issues in a timely manner
Manage service technicians' daily workloads
Create service order quotes and assign orders to service technicians
Communicate status to customers and complete invoicing and follow-ups
Navigate OEM Dealer Portals to troubleshoot problems and warranty information
Maintain records, manage service reports, warranty audits and open backlog
Instruct customers on operation and maintenance of equipment
Evaluate productivity of technicians and profitability of service department
Job Requirements
Mechanical background a plus.
Experience as a service technician or a strong understanding of engine engineering
Experience in handling customer service issues
Experience in computerized shop management systems
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Educational Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required
Automotive certifications a plus
Strong computer Skills
