Healthcare experience is preferred.
Skills/attributes are required:
8+ years of experience with application support in a Devops based model.
5+ years of development and support experience with .NET based application.
5+ years of experience working on ServiceNow for incidents, problem management and change management.
5+ years of experience producing reports with Office products for documentation, reporting, and data review.
5+ years of experience of process documentation and flow diagrams using tools like Visio.
2+ Application Security Scanning tools and helping team to resolution.
2+ years of experience with Static Code Analysis tool like SonarQube, CodeQL, etc.
2+ years of experience with queuing tools like RabbitMQ
2+ years of experience with Redis
2+ years of experience with setting up monitoring using Dynatrace, Zabbix, etc.
4+ years of experience with working with Active Directory including:
o Groups
o Accounts
4+ years on working on support tickets related to networking requests including:
o IP Addressing
o Firewalls
Skills/attributes are preferred:
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
Experience with version control systems like Git/GitHub.
Proven ability to do POC on emerging tech-stack.
Experience with Linux or Unix platform.
Experience with event steaming platforms such as Kafka.
Demonstrated Knowledge of Infrastructure Architecture.
