You are responsible for building the relationships with these partners that will result in increased deal registrations and Net New customers. Youll understand the ins and outs of your partners, what motivates and drives them, what their focus is and more. Youll enable them to be more successful in selling KnowBe4 products. Youll work with partner leadership to gain executive buy-in and leverage KnowBe4 leadership to continue to build it. Youll collaborate with your partner to build joint business plans with agreed upon metrics and drive customer acquisition through demand gen./ppResponsibilities:/pulliBuild and maintain strong relationships with key partners reselling KnowBe4 products/liliConduct deep discovery to understand the partners organizational structure, goals and objectives as well as motivators for partner reps/liliDevelop a comprehensive understanding of your partners business and operations/liliConduct initial onboarding with assigned partners/liliCollaborate with partners to develop mutually beneficial, strategic business plans to achieve sales targets/liliEnable partners to equip them with positioning, product knowledge, selling best practices and demand generation tools/liliCommunicate the value of reselling KnowBe4 to increase partner investment/liliEngage partner leadership and KnowBe4 leadership to gain executive buy-in and commitment/liliMaintain clear and consistent communication with various teams at partner organizations/liliDrive partners to the portal to utilize marketing campaigns and demand generation tools and assist them in implementing marketing campaigns/liliCoordinate and collaborate on joint marketing efforts and tie it into business goals to deliver ROI/liliCollaborate with and support direct sales and customer success teams where needed to manage the overall partner relationship/liliMonitor partner performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs)/liliMeet assigned targets for monthly sales volume requirements and objectives in assigned partner accounts and maintain a healthy pipeline/accurate forecasting/liliMaintain accurate and thorough records in Salesforce.com/liliEnsure partner compliance with partner agreements/liliDrive adoption of company programs among assigned partners/liliSet clear expectations with partners so that they understand rules of engagement, best practices and overall expectations of the partnership/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliHigh school diploma or GED required/liliBachelors Degree in a relevant field a plus/liliFamiliarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field/liliMinimum 3 years of sales experience (exceeding quota on a consistent basis), Channel Sales required/liliExperience with Salesforce preferred/liliMust be able to demonstrate sales aptitude while being assertive, persistent, consultative, and comfortable working in a highly results oriented company/liliStrong understanding of partner ecosystems and channel sales/liliExcellent verbal and written communications/liliExcellent time management and organization skills/liliStrong collaborative and teamwork skills/liliStrong analytical, strategic mindset, and negotiation skills/liliPersuasive communication skills accompanied with the ability to gain a quick understanding of the needs and pain points of channel partners/liliPassionate about business and willing to go the extra mile/li/ulpThe compensation for this position ranges from $140,000 - $160,000 including base, bonuses and commissions./ppWe will accept applications until 1/26/26./ppIndividuals seeking employment at KnowBe4 are considered without prejudice to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation or any other characteristic protected under applicable federal, state, or local law.
